Johnston & Goldsmith is a boutique consulting firm with big clients and as such, we are always looking to grow our team of trusted advisors. We specialise in whole of organisational change across our niche industry sectors of health, education and public administration and not-for-profits. We're known and trusted for delivering advice and flexible solutions based on best-of-breed organisational development, program and change management methodologies - and our clients love us because we're all about building their internal capability to perform. We take on work that makes a difference in the community, give back through our commitment to philanthropic contribution and generally think we can change the world one project at a time!
